After your order has been processed and you receive notification that your item has been shipped. UK: 2-5 working days
There are postage upgrades when you reach the check-out page on your order. Outside of the UK: 7-14 working days (however on occasions delivery can take up to 4 weeks).
Prints will be posted in a cellophane bag in a hard backed envelope.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
* Custom or personalised orders
* Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
