A digital print is made in the size of A4 (210mm x 297mm). If you require a different size, please let me know on your order in the personalisation box.

A PDF and JPEG print will be sent to you via a link to download on e-mail within our current processing time of 3-5 working days. Please ignore the shipping times, as these do not apply.

Yes, if you have ordered a print with wording personalisation only, the processing time is 1-2 working days.

A preview is not sent as standard. If you would like a preview of your print, please request this on your order and type 'send preview'. Previews will be sent via e-mail, please also check your junk folder. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will assume you are happy and dispatch. Please note if you require any changes after seeing the requested preview, this may delay the dispatch time. If you have ordered a print with wording personlisation only, or a wedding/baby shower sign (excluding own wording signs), a proof will NOT be sent.

For cardstock prints that are shipped to you, sizes available:
-A5 (148mm x 210mm)
-8 inches x 10 inches
-A4 (210mm x 297mm).

For digital prints, the prints are made to size A4.
If you require a different size of print, please let me know and I would be happy to assist. The largest size I am able to ship is A4.

For rectangle acrylic plaques:
-5 inches x 7 inches
-A5 (148mm x 210mm)
-8 inches x 10 inches
-A4 (210mm x 297mm)
-A3 (297mm x 420mm)

For acrylic free standing square blocks:
8cm x 8cm (1.5cm thick)
10cm x 10cm (1.5cm thick)
15cm x 15cm (1.5cm thick)
20cm x 20cm (1.5cm thick)

For heart and circle shaped acrylic plaques:
Approx 15cm, 3mm thick
Approx 20cm, 3mm thick
Approx 25cm, 3mm thick

To place an order, please choose the print you would like to order on this website. We will need to know personlisation details in order to make your print. The information needed is on the description part of each print, and the options to choose from are on the photographs within each print.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP on hello@luxprinthouse.com. If your order has already been made at the time of contact we are not able to cancel the order.

Lux Print House is not responsible for any postage delays.

Please allow additional days on the shipping estimates incase of shipping delays.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address on the order, and the item has been dispatched and sent back to us, we can re-post the item for you once a new postage label has been purchased.

Prints will be posted in a cellophane bag in a hard backed envelope to ensure safe delivery.

Orders shipped internationally are packed with extra protection.

We are able to provide a refund if we have not started making the artwork for your print.

If we have started making the artwork for your print, we can provide a 50% refund.

Once orders have been printed and shipped, we are not able to provide refunds.

Should you order arrive damaged on the rare occasion, we will send out a replacement.
